Laser cut from 3mm MDF (some parts in 2mm) with Etched Detail and the option to add additional stackable floors. This version has a raised internal ground floor to sit above the basement windows and also features internal walls on the ground floor splitting the building into two apartments with a hall and two rooms in each of these. Supplied flat packed in kit form with full instructions and is very easy to assemble.

Building as pictured when assembled with a ground floor and 1st floor as standard. All floors have 2 windows to the rear. When assembled allows easy removal of roof or floor sections for access during gaming to assist in storage. Some use of magnets would allow these to be collapsed down between sessions resulting in great space saving and ease of transport. Measures approx. - W200 x L155 x H180mm (steps and railing and pavement add another 75mm to the footprint)
